Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in luxury residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent design sense, project management skills, and the ability to convert client requirements into unique, elegant, and functional design solutions. The role involves leading design projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, vendors, and site teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development for luxury residential and commercial interior projects.
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, space planning, material selection, and 3D visualizations.
- Meet clients to understand design requirements and present design concepts and proposals.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, and procurement teams for project execution.
- Ensure design quality, accuracy, and consistency across all stages of the project.
- Supervise site progress and conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design intent.
- Work closely with the 3D visualizer and drafting team to finalize technical drawings.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Keep updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in luxury interiors.
- Maintain proper documentation and handover reports for completed projects.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and execution of premium interior designs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, lighting concepts, and furniture design.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to lead projects independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
