The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in luxury residential projects to lead designs from concept to completion. You will create layouts, prepare construction drawings, select FF&E, collaborate with architects and contractors, and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standards.

What You'll Do:

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and maintain ongoing communication.
• Conceptualize and refine innovative, high-end interior design solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and BOQs for clients.
• Independently manage luxury residential projects from design to execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and other design professionals.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold premium design standards.
• Own the overall client experience and foster long-term relationships.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 4+ years of experience in luxury residential design (1015 high-end projects preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and FF&E selection.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and client management abilities.
• Result-oriented, detail-driven, integrity-focused, and eager to learn.
