Job Objective
At SpaceNestX, we're on a mission to redefine interior design through seamless integration of creativity, technology, and execution. We're seeking talented Interior Designers who can bring design ideas to life from conceptual layouts to photo-realistic 3D renders.
You will work directly with clients, visualize design concepts, and translate them into detailed 2D plans and 3D models using industry-standard tools. You'll be a critical part of our design engine, helping to deliver stunning turnkey interiors that reflect the SpaceNestX promise Design. Build. Transform.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, and space utilization needs.
- Create floor plans, furniture layouts, and spatial zoning using AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Conceptualize interior themes and present mood boards and design stories for approval.
- Develop high-quality 3D models and rendered visualizations using 3ds Max (or SketchUp) and V-Ray.
- Prepare technical drawings, elevations, and BOQ inputs for execution teams.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Vendors, and Site Engineers to ensure design-to-reality consistency.
- Conduct site visits during execution to ensure design alignment and quality delivery.
- Keep up with interior design trends, material innovations, and visualization best practices.
Required Skills & Software Proficiency
- AutoCAD 2D drawings & layout planning
- SketchUp 3D conceptual modeling
- 3ds Max Photorealistic 3D rendering
- V-Ray / Corona Lighting & rendering expertise
- Photoshop or equivalent Minor touchups and presentation boards
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailing
- Good communication skills and a client-friendly approach
