• Materials Expertise: In-depth knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe, and SketchUp etc.

Job Profile

• Conduct meetings with clients to assess factors affecting interior design, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose/function of the space.
• Plan and design interiors for residential spaces, clubhouses, and hospitality projects.
• Estimate material requirements and costs, presenting designs to clients for approval.
• Select or design hard finishes, CP/sanitary, soft furnishings, wall finishes, art works, and accessories.
• Collaborate with engineering and consultants to coordinate MEP, HVAC, and other services.
• Prepare working drawings for site implementation or manufacturing processes.
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and production teams as required.
