The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in conceptualizing and executing interior design concepts for a diverse range of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Overview: This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional design skills, and the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of interior design concepts for various projects, including space planning, layout design, and furniture arrangement, ensuring adherence to client preferences, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and vision, translating concepts into compelling visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate design intent and aesthetics.
  3. Utilize design Interior software to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and mood boards, incorporating color schemes, materials and finishes to bring designs to life.
  4. Work closely with the project management team to coordinate the implementation of design concepts, providing guidance and support throughout the construction and installation phases to ensure design integrity and quality.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate the design process.
  6. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, support and professional development opportunities to foster their growth and skill development by managing the team.
  7. Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing design recommendations, and managing expectations to ensure a seamless and satisfactory client experience.
  8. Work on Timelines to complete the tasks.
  9. Prepare cost estimation and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.
  10. Continous education to keep updated about new materials in the market trends

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on interior design and visualization.
  3. Proficiency in design software with a demonstrated ability to create detailed drawings, renderings and presentations.
  4. Strong conceptual and spatial design skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to achieve project objectives.
  6. Detail-oriented with a passion for design excellence, demonstrating a meticulous approach to creating accurate and visually impactful interior design deliverables for commercial and residential projects.
  7. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  8. Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think innovatively and adapt to evolving project requirements and challenges.
  9. Responsible for preparing and presenting concept designs to clients; therefore, proficiency in English and public speaking is essential.
  10. Ability to manage team of junior designers and engineers, coordinate with consultants, delegate tasks to team, guide and lead projects.
