Job Description
We are seeking an experienced (7 to 9 years) and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead high end residential projects from concepts to executiuon.
The ideal candidate will manage design development ,design detailing ,site execution while mentoring junior designers and 3ds max designers for maintaining design quality.
Key responsibiloities
Lead high end residential projects from concept to handover.
Develop design concepots ,space planning and detailed layouts.
Prepare and review 2D drawings and working drawings
Finalize materialsd ,finishes ,furniture ,lighting and decor selections.
Coordinate with consultants ,vendors and contractors.
Monitor site execution to ensure design accuracy and quality.
Prepare BOQs ,timelines and cost estimates
Guide and supervise junior designers and interns.
Preferred
Experience in luxury residential or resorts
