Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Interior Designer & Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design aesthetic, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization & Design: Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts for residential and/or commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed design presentations including floor plans, elevations, 3D models, and material boards.
- Conduct site visits for initial assessments, measurements, and client meetings.
- Project Management: Oversee all phases of the design and execution process, from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Client Interaction: Build strong client relationships through effective communication, active listening, and understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss design concepts and project progress.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SketchUp is essential.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketchup ,Vray or other relevant design software is a plus.
- Working knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in interior design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong design aesthetic with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
