Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design & Project Leadership

Lead corporate interior fitout projects from concept development to on-site execution

Develop space planning, layouts, and design concepts aligned with client requirements

Ensure designs meet functionality, aesthetic, budget, and timeline expectations

Maintain design quality and adherence to project standards throughout execution

Client Interaction & Pitching

Present design concepts, layouts, and presentations confidently to clients and stakeholders

Play an active role in the pitching process by creating impactful presentations to win new projects

Collaborate with senior management during client meetings and design reviews

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors to maintain design intent

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Address design-related challenges during execution with practical solutions

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Guide and mentor junior designers throughout the project lifecycle

Review drawings and presentations to ensure accuracy and design excellence

Foster a collaborative and design-driven team culture

Project Management

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Ensure timely delivery of drawings, presentations, and approvals

Required Skills

Mandatory: Proven experience in corporate office interior fitouts only

Strong portfolio showcasing corporate office interior projects

Expertise in pitching design concepts and delivering persuasive presentations

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design tools

Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, and finishes

Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong leadership skills with a client-focused approach
