Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in luxury residential and villa projects, along with hands-on exposure to AI-based design tools. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-end interior spaces while leveraging modern technology for enhanced design efficiency and visualization.

Key Responsibilities
. Develop concept designs, mood boards, and space planning for luxury residences and villas
. Utilize AI-powered design tools for visualization, layouts, and creative ideation
. Conduct material research and selection aligned with luxury standards and project themes
. Prepare design presentations, 3D concepts, and client-ready proposals
. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and vendors for execution
. Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and AI innovations in interiors
. Coordinate with procurement teams for sourcing premium materials and finishes
. Ensure timely delivery of design milestones and maintain quality standards

Job Expectations:

Key Skills & Requirements
. Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop
. Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL.E, Stable Diffusion, or similar)
. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture design
. Excellent aesthetic sense, creativity, and attention to detail
. Strong communication and presentation skills

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture

5-10 years of experience in luxury residential / villa interior projects
