About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically strong Interior Designer with experience in hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for concept development, detailed drawings, material selection, tender documentation, and site supervision to ensure smooth project execution from design to completion.
What You'll do:
- Develop innovative design concepts for hospitality interiors
- Prepare mood boards and material boards with strong understanding of interior finishes
- Create detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction details
- Deliver complete tender packages and documentation
- Take accurate site measurements and conduct site analysis
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Supervise site execution to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained
- Present FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) concepts and selections
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings and adherence to project timelines
What we are looking for:
- 3-year Degree / Diploma in Interior Design from a reputed institute
- 7-8 years of experience in hospitality interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3ds Max / SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of interior materials and finishes
- Experience in construction detail development
- Site execution and supervision knowledge
- Proficient in taking site measurements
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and coordination abilities
