Senior Interior Designer Hospitality

Location: New Delhi (Hybrid | 2 days in-office)

Experience: 510 Years

Compensation: 50,000 1,00,000 per month

Work Structure: Full-Time | 5.5 Days Working | (Second and Fourth Saturdays off)

Role Context

We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer with deep hospitality experience.

This is not a residential-heavy role.

This position requires designers who have worked extensively on hotel projects, with at least two completed hotel projects OR 34+ years exclusively in hospitality interiors.

The role is strongly focused on:

  • Concept development
  • Schematic design
  • Brand interpretation
  • Hospitality-grade spatial planning

Core Responsibilities

1. Concept & Narrative Development

  • Create hospitality-driven mood boards and storytelling decks.
  • Translate hotel brand manuals into spatial concepts.
  • Define material language aligned with positioning and budget.

2. Schematic Design

  • Prepare zoning strategies and guest experience flow plans.
  • Develop layout drawings and schematic elevations.
  • Integrate ceiling, lighting, and HVAC considerations early.

3. Hospitality Coordination

  • Work with architects, MEP teams, and consultants.
  • Respond to operator feedback professionally.
  • Align design decisions with cost and buildability constraints.

4. Design Leadership

  • Guide junior designers.
  • Maintain design quality in early-stage packages.
  • Contribute to design reviews with clarity and maturity.

Must-Have Experience

  • Strong understanding of operator expectations and brand compliance.
  • Experience in hospitality spatial logic (public areas, guest rooms, F&B, etc.).

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of SketchUp / Enscape / Lumion preferred.
  • Hospitality detailing awareness.
  • Strong understanding of materiality and proportion.
