We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead and execute premium interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibility, project ownership, and proven experience in delivering luxurious interiors with precision and elegance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead interior design projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Develop mood boards, design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors for seamless project execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure site quality control.
- Interact with clients and present design proposals effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, overseeing team performance.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 7-9 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent design, visualization, and space planning skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client handling abilities.
- Experience in luxury residential or hospitality interiors is preferred.
