Role Overview

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will own projects end-to-end—from the first client interaction to final design closure. You will combine design expertise, customer empathy, and business ownership to create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic space plans.
• Own the complete design process and deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to clients.
• Deliver a seamless, trust-led customer experience throughout the design journey.
• Manage your project pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover for execution.
• Maintain high standards of design quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, B.Arch, or an equivalent qualification.
• Alternatively, a 2–3 year Diploma in Interior Design with relevant residential interior design experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design.
• Strong experience in modular interiors and space planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Experience working in client-facing or design-and-build environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience using AutoCAD.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, design consultation, or client conversion.
