Looking for Senior Interior Designer with minimum 5+ years of Experience in Concept to Handovers of project.
Concept Development and Design Leadership- Lead the creative process from initial concept to final implementation for diverse interior design projects.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, gather insights, and translate goals into actionable design briefs.
- Develop design concepts that incorporate space planning, color schemes, lighting, finishes, furnishings, and materials.
- Produce compelling visual presentations using mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, and CAD drawings.
Project Management- Oversee multiple projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other consultants to ensure design intent is fully realized.
- Prepare detailed schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
- Monitor construction and installation processes to ensure adherence to design standards and quality expectations.
Team Leadership and Mentoring- Guide junior designers and interns by providing clear creative direction and constructive feedback.
- Facilitate collaborative brainstorming and encourage a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
- Conduct regular design reviews and ensure team members stay aligned with project goals.
Client Engagement- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design process.
- Present design proposals and revisions with clarity and confidence.
- Offer solutions to design challenges, balancing client desires with functional and regulatory considerations.
Technical Documentation- Produce and oversee the creation of accurate technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, accessibility standards, and building regulations.
- Collaborate with drafting teams to refine documentation sets and ensure readiness for construction.
Vendor and Material Coordination- Source furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with design vision and project constraints.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, materials, suppliers, and product innovations.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and manage procurement timelines.
Quality Control- Conduct site visits to inspect construction and installation quality.
- Troubleshoot design or implementation issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure final installations align with original design intent and meet both client and industry standards.
