About the Role

As an Interior Designer, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create modular designs based on conversations with clients. You should be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and be able to adjust your design approach based on feedback. You should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and current trends to provide the best renovation and home interior solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Sales funnel and drive Sales Closure.
• Own the Customer Experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
• Own the end-to-end Project lifecycle.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver innovative interior design solutions.
• Conduct design discussions and presentations with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and project documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduation or a relevant Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 -5 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
• Experience in leading and delivering a minimum of 2–4 Residential Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe (KWS) and Renovation projects.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of design tools, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
• Expertise in Conceptual Design (Layouts, Style, Mood Boards).
• Technical Design (Material knowledge, Execution, and Drawing Preparation).
• Modular Design (Material knowledge, Aesthetics & Functionality, Module Planning).
• Civil Works & Services (Specifications and Installation Details).
• Project expertise in creating BoQs and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
