Senior Interior Designer

About the Role

We are seeking creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Interior Designers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing luxury residential interior projects while ensuring exceptional customer experience and design excellence. The role requires strong technical knowledge, creativity, and coordination with clients, vendors, and project execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, budget, and design requirements.
• Develop creative and functional luxury interior design concepts.
• Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, material selections, and presentations.
• Create accurate 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Present design concepts and revisions to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Select appropriate finishes, furnishings, lighting, accessories, and décor elements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, vendors, and procurement teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and resolve design-related site issues.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client expectations are met.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and design records.
• Mentor junior designers and review design concepts, drawings, and presentations.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on luxury design trends, materials, and innovative products.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in luxury interior design.
• Proven experience handling end-to-end luxury interior projects independently.
