Senior Interior Designer

Job Title: Interior Designer (Residential Projects)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong experience in residential design projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in space planning, concept development, and 2D/3D design tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp, along with a strong design portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements through meetings, site visits, and design discussions
• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
• Create 2D layouts, working drawings, and 3D designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings for execution
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for project execution
• Ensure designs are aligned with client expectations, budget, and timelines
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and finishes
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer (Residential Projects preferred)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max / V-Ray (preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of space planning, color theory, materials, and lighting design
• Ability to create concept boards, layouts, and presentation decks
• Strong creative thinking, visualization, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and client-handling abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
• 3+ years of relevant experience in residential interiors
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects
