Brand Designer
About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Designer to join the Branding & Creative department at Haris&Cosomeone who can build brands from the ground up and shape how they visually exist and evolve over time.
This role is focused purely on brand identity creation and system thinkingcrafting distinctive visual languages that are strategic, scalable, and consistent across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Design and develop complete brand identitieslogos, visual systems, color palettes, typography, iconography, and graphic styles
Translate brand strategy into strong, cohesive visual directions and identity systems
Create and document brand guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency in usage
Work closely with strategists and content writers to align visual and verbal identity
Explore multiple creative directions and refine them into well-crafted identity solutions
Ensure consistency and scalability of the brand across different applications
Contribute to naming, conceptual thinking, and identity exploration where required
Present and articulate design decisions with clear rationale and strategic thinking
Requirements
23 years of experience as a Brand Designer or in a similar branding-focused role
Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity systems and logo design
Deep understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual systems
Ability to think conceptually and build structured identity frameworks
Strong attention to detail and refinement in design output
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Good communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with teams
Ability to manage timelines while maintaining high-quality work
