Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and results-driven Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team this is an Individual Contributor (IC) role designed for professionals who can confidently own the entire client journey—from converting leads into customers to creating exceptional interior design solutions and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales and design lifecycle as an Individual Contributor
• Convert leads into confirmed interior design projects by understanding client needs and presenting compelling design solutions.
• Conduct client consultations to understand requirements, lifestyle, preferences, space planning needs, and budget.
• Develop, present, and close design concepts, quotations, and project proposals.
• Independently manage the complete design process, including concept development, material selection, and client approvals.
• Take full ownership of achieving sales targets while delivering high-quality design solutions.
• Guide clients through the entire design and material selection journey, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding and successful project handover with high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and drive upselling opportunities for modular furniture, furnishings, décor, and other value-added offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior design sales and residential interior design projects minimum 5 years with the ability to independently manage the complete design process.
• Demonstrated success in converting leads, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of residential interiors, modular furniture, space planning, materials, and design principles.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently own and manage the end-to-end sales and design process with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
• Proficiency in design presentation tools (such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar)
