Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Senior Interior Designer. The role involves leading the design and execution of innovative interior spaces, overseeing space planning, developing construction drawings, and ensuring meticulous attention to interior finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Collaboration with architects, clients, and project teams to create functional and aesthetically appealing designs that align with Mila's ethos will be an essential part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design.
• Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renders.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
• Knowledge of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and detailing
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Meet clients and understand their design requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in handling high-end residential or commercial interior projects is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Experience in modular kitchen and wardrobe design preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
