Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design journeyfrom client briefing and concept development to final execution.
- Understand client requirements and visualize their dream spaces through innovative and practical design solutions.
- Present design concepts compellingly, using storytelling to help clients connect emotionally with the proposed designs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project, execution, and vendor partners to bring designs to life.
- Deliver a superior customer experience through empathy, clear communication, and proactive engagement.
- Mentor and guide junior designers by sharing knowledge, best practices, and design insights.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, timelines, and client budgets without compromising creativity.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Tools: Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, rendering software, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong creative and conceptual design skills.
- Solid understanding of market trends, materials, and technical standards.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-management abilities.
- Excellent communication, planning, and time-management skills.
- Confident presentation skills with strong customer-handling capability.
