Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for a dynamic Designer & Showroom Manager with strong experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and home furniture design. The role involves meeting walk-in clients, understanding their requirements, creating design concepts, and converting leads into confirmed orders. You will also manage day-to-day showroom operations, ensure premium visual standards, and coordinate with production & installation teams for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and consult walk-in clients; understand space, layout, and design needs
• Prepare modular kitchen/wardrobe designs, 2D drawings & 3D visuals
• Present proposals, pricing, and materials to clients; drive sales closures
• Maintain showroom displays, product samples, and customer experience standards
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and coordinate with technical teams
• Track leads, orders, payments, and ensure timely project delivery

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in modular kitchen or interior design showroom roles
• Strong with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D tools, and material knowledge
• Excellent communication, client handling & sales closing skills
• Experience working with modular brands preferred (Hfele, Hettich, Sleek, Wurfel, Nolte, etc.)
