The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in conceptualizing and executing interior design concepts for a diverse range of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of interior design concepts for various projects, including space planning, layout design, and furniture arrangement, ensuring adherence to client preferences, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and vision, translating concepts into compelling visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate design intent and aesthetics.
- Utilize design Interior softwares to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and mood boards, incorporating color schemes, materials and finishes to bring designs to life.
- Work closely with the project management team to coordinate the implementation of design concepts, providing guidance and support throughout the construction and installation phases to ensure design integrity and quality.
Required Skills & Competencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on interior design and visualization.
- Proficiency in design softwares with a demonstrated ability to create detailed drawings, renderings and presentations.
