We are seeking a Senior Learning Designer who combines instructional expertise with exceptional communication skills to build engaging, high-impact learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to define program scope and learning objectives
- Design and develop comprehensive learning assets including storyboards, eLearning modules, ILT decks, video scripts, projects, and facilitator guides
- Apply learner-centric and performance-based instructional design methodologies
- Translate complex technical concepts into structured, engaging learning journeys
- Ensure quality, consistency, and instructional excellence across deliverables
- Review and enhance existing learning materials for improved learner outcomes
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within the Learning Design function
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 13 years of experience in Learning Design / Instructional Design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing Web-Based Training (WBT) and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) content
- Strong expertise in storyboarding and content structuring
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

- Candidates currently based in Bangalore only
- Immediate to 7 Days joining preferred
