A multi-skilled professional who can manage end-to-end Learning & Development projects with a strong grip on:

• Instructional Design
• Audio/Video Post-Production
• eLearning Development (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate)
• Creative Media Production
• Adult Learning Principles
• Cross-functional Team Collaboration

Key Responsibilities Include

• Driving learning projects from concept to execution
• Designing engaging ILT and digital learning modules
• Developing facilitator guides, workbooks, assessments & job aids Integrating media-rich content videos, voiceovers, animations
• Ensuring SCORM/xAPI and LMS compatibility
• Mentoring teams and managing stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications & Tools

Degree in Instructional Design / EdTech / Multimedia Strong understanding of the healthcare domain (nice to have) Tools: Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, LMS platforms

Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred Experience: 2 to 10 years
