Role Overview
The Senior Manager Inside Sales will lead a regional team responsible for fueling Newgen's sales pipeline across assigned geographies. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution driving account penetration, nurturing CXO-level relationships, and identifying qualified opportunities that accelerate revenue growth. Ideal for a sales-minded professional with strong business acumen and technology understanding, aspiring to move into a full-fledged sales leadership role in the near future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Managers/Executives across 23 countries or industry verticals. (US, APAC, MEA, APAC, UL/EU)
- Build and execute region-specific inside sales strategies aligned with corporate sales goals.
- Drive CXO-level engagement through multi-channel outreach calls, emails, social platforms, and events.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture enterprise opportunities through a structured lead management process.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Track team KPIs and ensure high-quality pipeline delivery for field sales teams.
- Conduct periodic market research to identify whitespace, competitor movement, and emerging opportunities.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and actionable reporting for leadership visibility.
Key Skills & Attributes
- 1014 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Demand Generation within Enterprise Tech or SaaS.
- Proven experience in leading inside sales teams for enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of technology-driven business transformation (ECM, BPM, DPA, or related domains preferred).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret pipeline metrics and drive outcomes.
