Experience Required
5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment with hands-on experience working with direct clients, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) domain.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models)
- Experience working with Direct Clients (No Layer)
- Exposure to BFSI domain hiring (Banking, Insurance, Financial Services)
- Good understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN)
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Experience in working on niche IT skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting BFSI clients like banks, insurance companies, or financial institutions
- Prior experience handling direct client relationships
- Strong understanding of compliance and documentation
