Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr HR, based in Mangaluru. The Senior HR Manager will oversee and implement HR strategies, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and adherence to labor laws. Additional responsibilities include developing policies to enhance employee satisfaction, coordinating training programs, managing employee benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Human resources management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive organizational culture
• Proficiency in performance management, training program development, and employee engagement strategies
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical mindset to assess HR metrics and develop corresponding strategies
• Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems) is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
