Manage full spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, HR operations, payroll, compliance, compensation & benefits, onboarding, and performance management
Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Lead annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles and support employee engagement initiatives
Oversee statutory and regulatory compliance including income tax, provident fund, ESIC, POSH, bonus, gratuity returns, etc.
Maintain accurate HR data in SAP and provide data-driven insights through dashboards and reporting
Manage vendor relationships for insurance, benefits, and other HR services
Support policy formulation, talent retention, and capability-building initiatives
