Senior Human Resources Specialist

Lead strategic and operational HR functions across the organization

Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution

Oversee HR operations including onboarding, payroll, SAP data management, compliance, and HRIS updates

Drive performance management, talent development, and reward & recognition programs

Conduct employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and exit interviews

Ensure legal and statutory compliance under Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, POSH, Bonus, etc.)

Vendor management for benefits, insurance, and external HR services
