We are looking for a Senior HR professional with strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition for the marketing, advertising, media, and digital industry. The role will primarily focus on hiring (70%) while also managing key HR operations (30%). The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for client servicing, creative, digital marketing, media, strategy, influencer marketing, and business development functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (70%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures.
Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
HR Operations (30%)
Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
Handle employee documentation, HR records, and database management.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure HR policy compliance and smooth execution of HR processes.
Assist in employee relations and grievance handling.
Required Skills
Strong recruitment experience within advertising, media, digital marketing, events, or marketing agencies.
Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and HRMS tools.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
5–8 years of relevant HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.

Offer-to-joining ratio.
Quality of hires.
Employee retention and onboarding experience.
HR process compliance and documentation accuracy.
