Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage attendance systems and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and feedback mechanisms.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business needs.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee growth.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment & payroll.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, people-oriented, and organized with attention to detail.
