The Role

We're hiring aSenior HR Managerto lead the people function across multiple outlets and central kitchen operations. This role is for someone who understands the pace, complexity, and discipline required in hospitality and QSR environments.

You will act as a strategic partner to operations driving hiring, performance systems, compliance, and culture across locations.

Responsibilities:

Talent & Manpower Planning

• Lead bulk and leadership hiring across outlets.
• Build strong outlet-level talent pipelines.

Performance & Promotions

• Design structured promotion pathways.
• Drive performance review systems for floor & kitchen teams.
• Align incentives with outlet performance.

Compliance & Payroll Oversight

• Ensure labour law compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Shop & Establishment).
• Oversee payroll coordination and documentation.
• Manage audits and statutory filings.

HR Operations Across Locations

• Standardise SOPs across outlets and central kitchen.
• Monitor attrition, absenteeism, productivity metrics.
• Implement HRMS and reporting dashboards.

Culture & Employee Relations

• Handle grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Build engagement initiatives to improve retention.
• Partner with Operations to maintain performance culture.

Requirement:

• 3-6 years of HR experience in hospitality, QSR, retail, or multi-unit operations.
• Strong understanding of blue-collar workforce management.
• Experience scaling HR across multiple outlets.
• High ownership mindset and strong operational alignment.

Compensation

Negotiable, based on experience.
