Recruitment/Talent Management
- Develop and monitor hiring strategies, systems, processes and procedure
- Partnering with leadership to lay down capacity planning and execution strategies
- Be a guide with experience in recruiting from BPO, telesales and technology product industries
- Be a specialist to oversee the work related to the sourcing, scheduling and pipeline movement and coordinate with the leadership team.
- Develop and manage programs that will significantly increase the diversity of the workforce.
- Develop a consistent and cost-efficient recruiting process
HR Business Partnering
- Grow managers accountability and skills in managing employees careers, and coach managers through difficult people situations
- Develop and monitor strategies, systems, processes, and procedures with the HR team to align across the organization
- Co-own key HR programs such as performance management, talent review, and engagement survey action planning by contributing a development perspective and lending subject-matter- expertise
- Develop and implement a career framework for every employee in edureka
- Ensure consistent implementation of performance management processes
HR Programs
- Work with the businesses to ensure that successors are in place for all key positions, develop and manage talent and leadership initiatives
- Be a Generalist with experience across onboarding, communications, engagement, policies, processes, Learning & Development, etc.
- In partnership with Compensation and Benefits, provide support for continuous improvement of the function through the development and implementation of all compensation and benefit programs
- Develop and manage programs that support high retention of employees
Personnel Administration And Compliance
- Oversees payroll, personnel and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with local laws and corporate policies, and develop HR policies
- Coordinate the integration of acquired employees
- Drive constant process improvement and increase administrative efficiency, making use of outsourcing, automation of processes and self-service where appropriate, and promoting the use of corporate tools
Team Management/Reporting
- Manage a team of HR professionals, and identify and develop a strong career path
- Develop and manage HR plan and budget
- Provide key talent with regular career coaching
- Monitor HR metrics and ensure the production of regular HR reports
Position Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Business, HR with a strong recruitment background
- 7+ years of HR experience, including HR leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strategic thinker, with the ability to develop, implement, and manage a regional strategic HR plan, and report on progress regularly
- Good working knowledge of personal computers and commonly used business software and tools i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRIS & ATS
- Experience in a fast-growing business like Edureka
