Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee records management.
  • Oversee the implementation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements in Mumbai and other relevant regions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related needs and concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support recruitment processes and on-boarding of new employees.
  • Drive HR technology initiatives to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager / Senior Manager - HR Operations should have:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in HR operations.
  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labour laws.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and technology tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
