Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead the complete HR lifecycle at Finkraft. The role combines Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, Employee Relations and Organizational Development.

This position is ideal for an HR leader with experience in high-growth, tech-driven, or SaaS environments, capable of building scalable HR systems and a strong people culture.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across technical, product, data, operations, and business roles.

  • Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team; define KPIs, hiring SLAs, and performance metrics.

  • Implement advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Talent Mapping, and Headhunting.

  • Manage workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and manpower budgeting with leadership.

  • Strengthen employer branding, vendor partnerships, and pipeline development for niche skills.

2. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee payroll, HR documentation, attendance, and HRIS data accuracy (Zoho People preferred).

  • Ensure 100% statutory compliance: PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, Bonus, Contract Labor.

  • Manage HR audits and coordinate with finance teams and external auditors.

  • Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and process frameworks.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution with professionalism and neutrality.

  • Drive engagement through pulse surveys, feedback loops, rewards programs, and communication forums.

  • Strengthen retention efforts through data-driven insights, skip-level meetings, and timely interventions.

  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

4. Performance Management & Learning
  • Implement performance appraisal cycles, OKRs/KPIs, and role-based goal setting.

  • Consult with department heads to identify skill gaps and roll out targeted L&D initiatives.

  • Manage training calendars, onboarding training, and competency development programs.

5. Strategic HR & Organizational Development
  • Support leadership in org design, restructuring, role definitions, and succession planning.

  • Develop new HR frameworks, SOPs, and best practices aligned with FinKraft's growth roadmap.

  • Lead change management programs and culture-building initiatives.

6. Leadership & Team Management
  • Manage and mentor a team of 2+ HR executives across TA and HR operations.

  • Set performance expectations, coach team members, and drive execution excellence.

  • Ensure seamless coordination between HR, operations, finance, and leadership.



Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in a managerial/leadership role.

  • Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance, and Employee Relations.

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies SaaS / Tech / Financial Services preferred.

  • Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations.

  • Hands-on experience in HRIS/ATS tools (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
