We are looking for a recruiter who thinks like a business partner, sources like a headhunter, and closes like they mean it.
This role sits at the intersection of two things that matter most to our growth right now: building a world-class Go-To-Market team and getting our most critical senior hires right. You'll own the full recruiting cycle for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations — and step into executive searches where the stakes, and the nuance, are considerably higher.
You will work directly with senior leaders who have high standards and limited time. Your job is to earn their trust fast, shape their thinking on talent, and deliver pipelines they couldn't build themselves.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end recruitment across GTM functions — from intake through offer, with accountability for quality, speed, and candidate experience at every stage
- Executive searches at Director level and above, sometimes leading independently, always in close partnership with senior leadership and People partners
- Proactive pipeline development through sourcing, market mapping, and network cultivation — not waiting for inbound to do the work
- Stakeholder management that goes beyond coordination: you'll challenge weak briefs, set realistic expectations, and push back constructively when it serves the hire
- Simultaneous management of multiple requisitions without letting standards slip
What You Bring
- 4–6 years of in-house or agency recruiting experience with a clear track record in GTM hiring — Sales, Marketing, CS, or similar commercial functions
- Hands-on experience with senior or executive-level searches; GTM-specific experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- Real sourcing chops — LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean, community networks, referrals — you know where passive talent lives and how to reach them
- The credibility to hold your own in a room with senior leaders, and the judgment to know when to push and when to listen
- Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of a scaling organisation
What Will Set You Apart
- In-house experience at a SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup
- Exposure to retained or contingency executive search
- Familiarity with modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)
- Working knowledge of compensation benchmarking and offer construction for GTM and senior roles
