Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the performance marketing or digital marketing industry. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout
  • Hire for roles such as Media Buyers, AI Engineers, Copywriters, DevOps Engineers, Product Marketing (SaaS), Business Development, and Finance Managers
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social platforms (including Instagram where relevant)
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies
  • Screen candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Ensure timely closures within defined TAT and hiring targets
  • Manage candidate experience and communication throughout the hiring process
  • Track and maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics

Key Requirements

  • 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in performance marketing, digital, or SaaS-based companies
  • Strong experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Familiarity with roles like Media Buying, AdOps, AI/Tech, and Marketing functions
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hiring for performance marketing agencies
  • Understanding of digital marketing roles and metrics
  • Strong networking and talent mapping skills
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Keka or similar systems)
