About Global Marketplace:

The Global Marketplace is a key strategic initiative at noon, designed to bring customers access to millions of products from international sellers at highly competitive prices. The platform focuses on value-driven discovery, wide assortment, and unique cross-border finds, creating an experience similar to global discovery marketplaces. Global aims to unlock new supply, expand assortment depth, and offer customers exciting products they may not find locally, all within the noon ecosystem.

What you'll do:

At noon, you'll work alongside some of the fastest, smartest, and most driven people in the region. Our teams are young, ambitious, and relentlessly execution-focused, working on high-impact initiatives every day.

As a Growth Associate for Global Marketplace, you will own end-to-end merchandising, marketing, and growth initiatives for the Global storefront. You will play a key role in driving traffic, discovery, and conversion, ensuring customers are consistently exposed to the most compelling assortment and deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage onsite Global marketplace pages, ensuring the right products and deals are surfaced to customers at the right time.
  • Drive assortment discovery and merchandising strategy across homepage placements, category integrations, and dedicated Global pages.
  • Analyze and optimize upper-funnel (traffic, impressions, CTR) and lower-funnel (conversion, GMV, orders) metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize seasonal and tactical campaigns based on customer behavior, trends, and marketplace priorities.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies in collaboration with design, content, and marketing teams to effectively highlight Global value propositions.
  • Lead cross-channel marketing initiatives across onsite placements, CRM (push notifications, email, in-app), and paid channels to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with CRM, performance marketing, and social teams to create coordinated campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion for Global assortment.
  • Work closely with brand, social, and content teams to develop engaging storytelling and viral-worthy campaigns that highlight Global deals and discovery.
  • Partner with performance marketing teams to ensure the right Global assortment is featured across paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliates.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure the impact of CRM and marketing initiatives, producing regular performance reports and insights.
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate through A/B experiments to improve customer engagement and marketplace performance.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging marketplace trends (e.g., Temu, Amazon Bazaar, TikTok Shop) to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with commercial, supply, and pricing teams to ensure marketing efforts align with inventory availability, competitiveness, and deal readiness.
  • Track and report on campaign ROI and growth metrics, providing actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency and customer acquisition cost.

What you'll need:

  • 24 years of experience, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; e-commerce or marketplace experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • High attention to detail and a strong bias for accuracy and execution.
  • An entrepreneurial, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity, tight timelines, and rapidly changing priorities.
