Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Grinding Systems Engineer / Process Expert based in Kanpur or ready to re locate. The role involves overseeing the design, troubleshooting, and optimization of grinding systems, including ACM, Roller Mill, and Ball Mill with advancement. Daily responsibilities include conducting system performance evaluations, providing technical support, ensuring efficient production processes, and contributing to system engineering and design improvements for grinding machinery. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and fostering operational excellence will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Systems Engineering and Systems Design
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Experience with System Administration and managing complex system operations
• In-depth knowledge of grinding systems such as ACM, Roller Mill, and Ball Mill
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proven experience in a similar role in industrial grinding, processing, or manufacturing sectors
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Should be well verse with industry and automation
• Select appropriate motors, blowers, classifiers, and auxiliary systems
• Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and plant layouts
• Knowledge of safety regulations and operational standards in industrial processes

Minimum 6–15 years experience in grinding machinery or related industry, Prior experience in companies like:

• or similar grinding/milling manufacturers
