Job Description

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a BigPanda Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in working with the BigPanda platform and its APIs.
Experience in developing integrations with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Nagios, New Relic, Prometheus, PagerDuty).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go for custom application development.
Familiarity with incident management and ITIL processes is advantageous.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects on time
