Role Overview
We're on the hunt for a talented Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to craft visually stunning graphics and captivating video content. In this role, you'll blend artistry with strategy to elevate our digital presence, ensuring every visual asset aligns seamlessly with our brand voice and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities
- Design Excellence: Create eye-catching graphics for social media posts, websites, presentations, advertisements, print collateral, and more from static visuals to interactive elements.
- Video Mastery: Edit and produce polished videos for social reels, marketing campaigns, ads, and internal communications, ensuring high engagement and brand alignment.
- Motion & Animation: Develop motion graphics, simple animations, and compelling video thumbnails to add dynamism to our content library.
- Concept Development: Brainstorm and refine visual concepts that embody our brand identity, while adapting to evolving trends in design and digital media.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to interpret creative briefs, iterate on feedback, and deliver projects that exceed expectations.
- Project Management: Juggle multiple deadlines with ease, prioritizing tasks and maintaining meticulous attention to detail for flawless execution.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional talent).
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in graphic design and video editing roles proven track record in a fast-paced agency, in-house creative team, or freelance environment.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign for design; Premiere Pro, After Effects for video/motion). Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Creative Edge: Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, layout principles, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Soft Skills: Innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail; ability to work independently or in teams; strong communication skills to articulate ideas and incorporate feedback.
- Portfolio: A standout portfolio showcasing diverse graphic and video work (social media, ads, animations) must demonstrate real-world impact.
