Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary
Serve as a visual creative lead and hands-on designer. Conceptualize and execute high-impact visual
assets for both digital and offline channels, ensure brand consistency, and help elevate airpay's visual
identity in the market. The role will also require mentoring junior designers, contribute to design strategy,
and ensure deliverables align with marketing goals, user experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative & Visual Strategy
- Work closely with the marketing strategy team and lead and develop creative design concepts for
major marketing campaigns
- Translate campaign objectives into visual assets (digital banners, social media, emailers, landing
pages, print collateral, event materials)
- Ensure that visual work supports measurable marketing outcomes (clicks, conversions, brand lift)
rather than just aesthetic output.
- Stay current on design trends, fintech visual language, motion graphics/animation, and advise on
how to apply them.
- Design Execution & Production
- Create, iterate and deliver high-quality visual assets: Digital: social posts (static + animated), display
ads, email templates, landing page graphics, UI visuals for campaigns.
- Print/offline: brochures, banners, event backdrops, POS materials, brochures, signage.
- Motion/Video: GIFs, short motion graphics, animated ads, storyboards for video assets
- Brand Governance & Documentation
- Maintain/update brand guidelines as the company scales and launches new products/features.
- Ensure proper governance of visual identity: icons, typography, colour palette, imagery style,
animations.
- Enforce the visual language across marketing, product, and external agency work to maintain
consistency and brand integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's (or higher) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related discipline.
- Experience: 6+ years of graphic design experience within a marketing/branding context.
- Proficiency in design & motion tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After
Effects (or similar for motion), Figma/Sketch/etc.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates: brand work, marketing campaigns, multi-channel assets (digital
- print
- motion).
Skills And Experience
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals: how design supports acquisition, conversion, retention;
ability to think beyond visuals to business metrics.
- Excellent visual design skills: typography, layout, colour theory, imagery, motion/animation
(preferred).
- Strong communication skills: ability to present and defend design choices, interact with non-design
stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, high
attention to detail.
- Preferred: Experience in fintech / payments / digital-services sector; understanding of digital
product UI/UX would be a plus.
