Whizz HR is looking out for Senior Graphic Designer to work with a leading digital media agency in Mumbai :
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual direction and creative execution of campaigns across mediums
- Conceptualize ideas in collaboration with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams
- Develop layouts, mood boards, visual styles, and design systems aligned with brand guidelines
- Supervise and mentor graphic designers, illustrators, and motion designers
- Ensure consistency and quality of visual output across all touchpoints
- Present creative concepts and visual rationale to internal teams and clients
- Work closely with production teams to ensure feasibility, timelines, and quality standards
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging formats, and platform innovations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work and visual storytelling
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion tools are a plus
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into impactful visuals
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
