Senior Graphic Designer

Humans of Bombay is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic, proficiency in Adobe software, and the ability to create visually compelling content. This role also requires knowledge of UI/UX design principles and a keen understanding of current design trends.

strong eye for design and a passion for creating impactful visuals that align with our brand identity.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, emailers, ads, and other marketing
• collateral
• Develop visual assets for product packaging, presentations, and internal branding
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to translate ideas into effective designs
• Maintain consistency across all visual assets in line with brand guidelines
• Edit and retouch images, and prepare final artwork for both print and digital
• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices

• Requirements:
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a graphic designer (in-house or agency)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must
• Basic understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design work

• Bonus Skills (Good to Have):
• Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., InDesign, After Effects)
• Experience with Canva or similar tools
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
