Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with strong Visual Communication capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets, branding materials, presentations, illustrations, and multimedia content that effectively communicate ideas and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging marketing, branding, and communication materials.
  • Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, and digital assets.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design deliverables.
  • Design professional PowerPoint presentations and executive communication materials.
  • Create and edit videos for internal and external communications.
  • Design and enhance SharePoint pages and visual content.
  • Apply strong visual communication principles including typography, color, spacing, iconography, and layout.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, engineers, and IT teams to deliver effective design solutions.
  • Work closely with other designers to maintain a consistent brand identity.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Expertise in:
    • SharePoint Design
    • Video Editing
    • Illustration Design
    • PowerPoint Presentation Design
    • Branding & Creative Design
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
