Senior Graphic Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for an entrepreneurial, energetic, creative and thoughtful design professional with deep knowledge of design with exposure to branding. The individual should possess strong conceptual skills, a high-level sense of design, keen eye for layout, color and typography.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITY:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of brand visuals, marketing collaterals, and campaign assets (social media creatives, print material, packaging, etc.).
• Ensure consistency and adherence to the brand's visual identity across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into impactful designs.
• Guide and support junior designers by providing creative direction, feedback, and quality checks.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to projects.
• Oversee illustrations, typography, layouts, and overall visual composition for assigned projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
• Maintain high standards of design accuracy, attention to detail, and brand compliance.
• Effectively communicate design concepts, timelines, and requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of design outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of creative processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere Pro a plus).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design and creative thinking.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
• 2+ years of experience

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design.
• Knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch.

SALARY

Will depend on experience. Upto 8LPA.
