Studio Paperheads is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position at our studio, offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a tight-knit team of artists, designers, and creatives. Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver cohesive, compelling brand identities and visual systems for clients across diverse industries.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their professional growth and creative development.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, conceptualise, and refine innovative design solutions.
- Lead key client accounts, ensuring seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Stay updated with evolving design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our work fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Design from an accredited institution is mandatory. Please do not apply if you hold only a diploma or certification.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- A robust portfolio showcasing branding, visual identity, and design systems.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Illustration and animation skills are a notable advantage.
