MEP Design Lead

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field (master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in MEP systems design for commercial office spaces
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to MEP systems
• Proficiency in MEP design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and deliverables
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
