We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visual magic, lead design thinking, and craft brand experiences that create impact across platforms.

What You'll Do

Lead creative design execution for branding, digital campaigns, social media, performance ads, web & print

Work closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, UI/UX, video editors & growth teams

Convert abstract concepts/briefs into strong visual stories and campaign directions

Create high-quality static, motion, and advertising creatives for Meta, Google & programmatic platforms

Maintain brand consistency and build design systems across projects

Guide junior designers, review work, and raise the visual bar

Present ideas, justify design decisions, and manage client feedback professionally

Run end-to-end ownership of design delivery timelines and quality

Required Skills

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign (Figma knowledge is a plus)

Strong portfolio with campaign-level thinking, not just standalone designs

Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, brand identity & digital advertising principles

Ability to create high-impact social media & performance marketing creatives

Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking

Ability to multitask & work in fast agency timelines

Motion graphics knowledge preferred

Experience working with real clients, pitches, and presentations

Preferred Experience

Experience in creative / digital agencies

Experience designing for performance ads, reels, brand identity & campaign pitches

Team handling or mentoring experience
